Chris has done a great job getting me through some challenging events making sure that my fitness was right whether it was 1,000 miles in 6 days from London to Cannes or on the Marmotte.  I find that the structured training makes it much easier as it takes the lottery out of trying to make up your own training plan to achieve your goals and the sessions are easy to follow.

I started working with Chris with the sole aim of moving up a category after a fairly fruitless start to the season.  After consultation with Chris in a very nice coffee shop, we concluded that I needed a solid structure to my training and more focus on different aspects of riding.  Needless to say with a varied, meticulously planned schedule by Chris, I earned my promotion in the last few races of the season. I contacted Chris in my early days of cycling as being a novice rider, I wanted to get some guidance on building up my strength and improving my cycling technique.  We had some 1:1 sessions working on the basic aspects of cycling (starts, hill climbs, descending, position etc) and also spoke about strength training in the gym and nutrition.
