At the beginning of the year Chris & I sat down to discuss my goals for the coming racing season. He gave me a series of 1:1 technique sessions & we did some tests to track my performance over time. I started training to HR zones but found that I preferred to train by ‘feel’, to which Chris was very accommodating and supportive, allowing me to train in the way I was most comfortable.
Chris is really flexible and easy to liaise with, making sessions fun and enjoyable. I found him
very thorough; he gave me a lot of additional info on potential races and events. I would firmly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help them take their cycling to the next level.
