“Chris started coaching me during the winter with the aim of improving my TT times the next season.
Following an assessment of my fitness Chris sent me a training plan for each week based mainly around my commuting to work due to family commitments. Initially the training plans worked on building up my base fitness and then gradually added in more intense sessions to prepare me for the TT season. Coaching also focused on my technique, such as pacing a Time Trial, position on a TT bike and even a session practising entries and exits of roundabouts.
I found Chris’ structure of training plans, feedback and discussions extremely helpful in setting goals, improving my understanding of TT’s, technique and fitness and I am expecting the results to follow as the season progresses.”
