We think its important to meet up with you, arrange a Skype call or a time to talk over the phone and have a conversation about what you’re looking for.
From here we’ll be able to give you some advice and make suggestions to help you start ticking off your goals. Working with online platform Training Peaks, we’ll set you up with a basic athlete account and start writing training for you straight away.
Training plans are written for you, based on the time you have to train and are scheduled one month in advance to help you plan your diary. Whether you train with a watch, a GPS enabled device or on feel, we’ll write training workouts in the way that suits you best and if you’re not sure about the best way to train, we’re here to help with that too.
