I contacted Chris in my early days of cycling as being a novice rider, I wanted to get some guidance on building up my strength and improving my cycling technique.  We had some 1:1 sessions working on the basic aspects of cycling (starts, hill climbs, descending, position etc) and also spoke about strength training in the gym and nutrition.

I found Chris extremely thorough and very adaptable to working with an inexperienced rider with pre-existing injuries.  He improved my confidence on the bike and continues to provide me with training plans to use while travelling.  He is great fun to work with and I enjoy my sessions with him.
