helped massively with my motivation and focus

I have really enjoyed working with Chris, previously my training was very hit and miss and I never really hit peak form when I needed to, when I train now it is event oriented so I know I’ll go into an event with good form. Chris also looked at my nutrition and off the bike core strength and flexibility which has helped the back pain I would often get. I’ve also learned to take time away from the bike which has helped massively with my motivation and focus, and since training with Chris I’ve hit form I never thought was possible.
