As part of his British Cycling role as Go-Ride Development Coach at Cyclopark, Chris will be coaching riders at Cyclopark during the public session, the next 3 Friday evenings, 6-7pm.
He’ll be giving tips on winter training, nutrition, recovery, strengthening & giving 1:1 advice as you ride. Cyclopark is flood lit in the evenings, giving you the ideal place to get some safe miles in, free from traffic & the pot-holes that you normally get on the road!
