Whatever cycling discipline you and your team choose to take up, be it road, track, cyclocross, mountain biking or as part of a triathlon, we’re here to help with the expertise you need. We think its important to meet up with you all, arrange a Skype call or a time to talk over the phone and have a conversation about what you’re looking for.
From here we’ll be able to give you some advice and make suggestions to help you start ticking off your team goals. Working with online platform Training Peaks, we’ll set you all up with basic athlete accounts and start writing training for you as a team straight away.
Training plans will be written for your team, based on the time you collectively have to train each week and are scheduled one month in advance to help you all plan your diaries. You’ll need to decide in your team how you’ll measure and record your training i.e. using heart rate, power or rate of perceived exertion (RPE or training on feel). If you’re not sure about the best way to train, we can discuss some options with you.
